Vision Team


The purpose of the Vision Team is to pray for direction from God to access the church and surrounding community to determine how to activate the mission of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. The objectives for this ministry are as follows:

  • To provide opportunities for reflection and discussion of the church's mission in light of congregational and community needs.
  • To provide active work sessions for the Vision Team and the church to brainstorm ministry needs.
  • To align the community and church data with the church's mission and select particular areas of focus for 2011 and years to come.
